1. Do I pay extra shipping/border fees when purchasing my merch?

If you live in EU, Asia, and UK you will be informed to pay and import fee. If you do not pay the import fee they won't deliver. If you do not recieve an email about an extra payment before delivery than thats fine. But some countries have these policies espicially when ordering from specific countries. Please consider this before you are ordering merch. The main order will only charge your for the item, shipping, and if your country takes taxes. But the import fee is specific to your country so look for that when tracking your order/contact your postal services. If you have more questions ask Hena

Merch is made on demand

3. Will there be reoccuring merch?

If Hena has something to celebrate like a milestone, christmas, black friday and etc can bring back some items

4. How do you decide to price items?

Hena tries to keep it as cheap as possible but fourthwall has a specific guideline/area to where if it is too cheap Hena will not make money or lose money. So in order to keep Hena afloat she tries to even out the prices even within cents to where she is still making some profit even if its 3 dollars per order to give out reasonable pricing.
